25 MW汽轮发电机组液压控制系统升级改造实践

摘要 山钢一台25 MW发电机组调节系统迟缓率较高,机组负荷调整或功率信号波动时,易出现功率大幅波动甚至跳车,对机组安全运行造成较大影响。通过技术攻关,应用新型的直动式液压执行控制系统对发电机组调节系统进行升级改造。 The regulation system of a 25 MW generator set in Shandong Steel has a high retardation rate,and when the unit load is adjusted or the power signal fluctuates,the unit could have large power fluctuation or even trip,which has a great impact on the safe operation of the unit.Through technical breakthrough,the new direct acting hydraulic execu tive control system was applied to upgrade the regulation system of the generator set.
