摘要 某钢厂2#TRT透平机排气侧VT202测点一直存在振动异常、振值频繁大幅波动的现象。通过两次诊断分析及处理,确定机组发生了动静碰磨故障。通过对机组轴瓦进行刮研、调整轴瓦间隙、更换发生轴弯曲的透平机转子等措施,彻底解决了该碰磨故障。 The VT202 measuring point at the exhaust side of a steel plant’s No.2 TRT turbine has always had the phenomenon of abnormal vibration and frequent and large fluctuation of vibration value.Through two diagnostic analysis and treatment,it is deter mined that the dynamic and static rubbing fault has occurred in the unit.By scraping and grinding the bearing bush of the unit,adjusting the bearing bush clearance and replacing the turbine rotor with shaft bending,the rubbing fault is completely solved.
