乡村振兴战略背景下云南民族文化传承创新研究与思考

Research and Thought on the Inheritance and Innovation of Yunnan Ethnic Culture under the Background of the Rural Revitalization Strategy

云南是一个多民族地区,民族文化资源丰富多元,现代化、城镇化、市场化进程对云南民族传统文化保护传承的冲击不言而喻。乡村振兴战略实施,使得云南民族文化传承、创新、发展迎来新的挑战。如何协调处理好民族文化的保护、传承与创新、发展的关系,是云南民族地区乡村振兴面临的重大课题。农村农业现代化进程中,应当正视民族文化变迁及其传承、创新,重塑新时期云南民族文化传承发展的文化生态,推进民族地区“嵌入式”公共文化服务建设,挖掘民族文化资源发展特色文化产业,推动民族文化的数字化保护与传承,激活民族文化传承创新发展的内生动力,推动新时期云南民族文化的传承、创新、发展。

Yunnan is a multiethnic region with rich multiethnic cultural resources.The impact of modernization,urbanization,and marketization on the protection and inheritance of Yunnan’s ethnic traditional culture is obvious.With the implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy,inheritance and innovation of Yunnan’s ethnic culture faces new challenges.How to coordinate the relationship of ethnic culture between protection,inheritance,innovation and development is a major issue in the Rural Revitalization of Yunnan ethnic areas.In the implementation of the Rural Revitalization strategy and the process of the rural agricultural modernization,several aspects should be considered:changes,inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture should be considered;the cultural ecology of Yunnan’s ethnic culture inheritance and development should also be reshaped in the new period;the construction of the"embedded"public cultural services in ethnic areas should be promoted;the characteristic cultural industries for the development of ethnic cultural resources should be explored;digital protection and inheritance of ethnic culture should be promoted;the endogenous power of ethnic culture inheritance,innovation and development should be activated.Finally,the inheritance,innovation,and development of Yunnan’s ethnic culture can be promoted in the new period.
