深秋红沙棘嫩枝扦插育苗试验研究

Experimental Study on Shoot Cutting Seedling of Hippohae Rhamnoides ‘Shenqiuhong’

深秋红作为近年来山西省引种试验的沙棘品种,在山西省的适宜范围还未知,需通过嫩枝扦插在短时间内为其区域试验提供大量苗木。笔者开展了深秋红嫩枝扦插处理试验,测定成活率、苗高、地径等14个生长指标,对指标进行了方差分析、相关分析及多重比较,比较了各处理间的差异性,并在此基础上利用主成分分析法对各生长指标进行综合评价。结果表明,使用0.02%的萘乙酸(20%)处理1.5 h为深秋红最佳嫩枝扦插处理方法,扦插成活率达79%,苗木粗壮,根系比其它处理发达。

As a variety of Hippohae rhamnoides introduced and tested in shanxi in recent years, the suitable range in shanxi was still unknown. It was necessary to provide a large number of seedlings for its regional test in a short time through shoot cutting. The experiment of shoot cutting treatment of Hippohae rhamnoides‘Shenqiuhong’ was carried out. 14 growth indicators such as the survival rate, seedling height, ground diameter and so on were determined. The differences between each treatment were compared using variance, correlation, and multiple comparison analysis method. On the basis, the principal component analysis method was used to comprehensively evaluate the growth indexes. The results showed that the best shoot cutting method of Hippohae rhamnoides ‘Shenqiuhong’ was to treat with 0.02% naphthylacetic acid(20%) for 1.5 h which cutting survival rate was 79%, and the seedlings were strong and the roots were more developed than other treatments.
