摘要
笔者以对山西省太行山国有林管理局2019年中央财政林木良种培育补助资金项目进行专项绩效审计为契机,建立了林木种苗项目绩效评价体系。对涉及的3个林场的资金项目绩效进行了评价和分析,验证了目前林木良种补助项目绩效评价体系的合理性,提出了该项目具有较好的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益和可持续发展性。
The special performance audit of the fine forest tree seed cultivation funded by 2019 central finance subsidy project of Taihang mountain state-owned forest administration of Shanxi province was taken as the opportunity. The performance evaluation system of forest seedling project was established and evaluated. Through the performance evaluation and analysis of the capital projects of the 3 involved forest farms, the rationality of the current performance evaluation system of fine forest tree seed subsidy project was verified. It was proposed that the projects had good economic benefits, social benefits, ecological benefits and sustainable development.
