基于眼动追踪的大型综合医院门诊部公共空间寻路与优化研究

WAYFINDING AND OPTIMIZATION FOR PUBLIC SPACE IN OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENT OF LARGE-SCALE GENERAL HOSPITAL BASED ON EYE TRACKING TECHNOLOGY

本文聚焦医院寻路问题,应用眼动追踪技术,以大型综合医院门诊部公共空间为研究对象,结合问卷调查、眼动追踪实验,归纳行人的寻路路径、行为表征及眼动轨迹,进一步分析行人在大型综合医院门诊部公共空间中的迷路原因及寻路参照,从而提出门诊公共空间优化设计策略。研究可为未来医院设计的寻路优化、效率提升提供理论参考。

This paper applies eye tracking technology to solve the problem of wayfinding in hospital.Taking the outpatient public space of large-scale general hospital as research object,the author combines with questionnaire survey and eye tracking technology,to conclude the characteristics of wayfinding paths,behaviors,eye movement trajectory.The paper,further,analyzes the reason for getting lost and references of wayfinding in public space of outpatient.Finally,the author proposes design strategies of the optimization for outpatient public space.The research can provide theoretical reference of the wayfinding optimization and efficiency improvement for hospital design in the future.
