摘要
本文立足于我国“会展热”的时代背景,梳理并反思我国会展业和会展建筑20年高速发展背后所存在的问题。笔者针对其问题及“后疫情时代”会展业的发展趋势,并基于自身设计研究与项目实践经验,对我国会展建筑建设的改进方向提出了三条设计建议——强化项目可行性研究,创新大型会展建筑模式,展城融合、全时利用,希望能够引起同行们的相关讨论。
Based on the background of"Exhibition Craze"in China,this article sorts out and reflects on the problems behind the 20-year rapid development of China's exhibition industry and exhibition architecture.In response to the above problems and the development trend of the exhibition industry in the post-epidemic era,based on the author's own design research and project practice experience,the author puts forward three design suggestions for improving the construction of exhibition buildings in China—1.Strengthen project feasibility studies;2.Innovate large-scale exhibition building models;3.Integrating city and exhibition full-time utilization.This paper hopes to arouse relevant discussion among peers.
