国际警务合作组织作为政府间国际组织,在全球和区域安全治理中的作用越来越凸显,面对区域一体化的发展和日趋复杂的地区安全形势,亚洲现有的区域警务合作机制已经不能满足区域安全治理需求。中国是亚洲经济体量最大的国家,主导构建广覆盖、强代表的亚洲国际警务合作组织,不仅有利于我国维护区域安全利益,更将促进区域安全命运共同体建设进程。

As an inter-governmental international organization,the International Police Cooperation Organization plays an increasingly prominent role in global and regional security governance.Facing the development of regional integration and the increasingly complex regional security situation,the existing regional police cooperation mechanism in Asia can no longer meet the needs of regional security governance.As the largest economic country in Asia,China’s leadership in building an Asian International Police Cooperation Organization with extensive coverage and strong representation will not only help China safeguard its regional security interests,but also promote the building of a regional security community with a shared future.
