新冠肺炎疫情背景下公安机关社会治安管控方式探究

Research on Social Security Control Methods of Public Security Organs in the Context of COVID-19

在重大疫情突然来临之时,公安机关的工作内容必须随着社会生态的急剧改变因“势”致宜的调整。文章从新冠肺炎疫情引发的社会现象出发,分析公安机关在重大疫情突发性卫生事件中社会治安管控做法的不足,并从公安队伍的思想认识、管控体制、联动建设等方面提出实务性建议,以实现对社会治安的良好维护。

When a major epidemic suddenly approaches,the work content of the public security organs must be adjusted according to the“situation”due to the drastic changes in social ecology.Starting from the social phenomenon caused by COVID-19,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the public security organs in the social security management and control of major epidemic health emergencies,and puts forward practical suggestions from the ideological understanding of the public security team,control system,linkage construction and other aspects,so as to achieve good maintenance of social security.
