法学职业院校中的法律职业伦理培养

Legal Professional Ethics Training in Vocational Law Schools

党的十八届四中全会提出推进法治专门队伍正规化、专业化、职业化建设,对高等法学教育提出了新要求。我国现行高等法学教育重视专业知识学习、重视法律技能训练而忽视了法律职业伦理培养,法学教育陷入了概念化、教条化和形式化之中。法律职业伦理教育应当成为新时代中国特色社会主义法学学科体系和教学体系建设的主要内容,将中国传统伦理道德的精华与法律职业伦理结合起来,修订培养方案,增加法律职业伦理教育的内容。

The 4th Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the normalization,specialization and professionalization of the legal team,which put forward new requirements for higher legal education.The current higher legal education in China attaches great importance to the study of professional knowledge and the training of legal skills,but ignores the training of legal professional ethics,and the legal education falls into the process of conceptualization,dogmatism and formalization.Legal professional ethics education should become the main content of the construction of socialist law discipline system and teaching system with Chinese characteristics in the new era.It should combine the essence of Chinese traditional ethics with legal professional ethics,revise the training program,and add the content of legal professional ethics education.
