中国新型城镇化建设中的艺术参与

Art Participation in the Construction of New Urbanization in China

当代中国城镇化和新型城镇化随着现代化与全球化在持续推进。在此过程中,艺术积极参与发挥了并将继续发挥重要的作用。尽管艺术参与不可能达到“艺术造城”“艺术造镇”“艺术造社区”的效果,但艺术参与新型城镇化所带来的是积极的可持续效应,故应引起高度重视。其积极作用主要表现在三个方面,即艺术参与纠正大中小城市人群的感性和理性偏颇、艺术参与让小城镇居民记住乡愁、艺术参与建构新型农村社区的“善美”之维。在当代中国新型城镇化过程中,尤应始终保持艺术的自觉和中华美学的自信,并通过广泛动员和全体参与的艺术工程、艺术创造、艺术活动促进个体与社会的动态平衡发展,不断调和人类感性和理性的矛盾冲突,从而生成真善美和谐统一的幸福社会。

Contemporary urbanization and new urbanization in China continue to advance along with modernization and globalization.In this process,the active art participation has played and will continue to play an important role.Although art participation can’t achieve the effects of“building a city by art”,“building a town by art”and“building a community by art”,art participation in new urbanization brings positive and sustainable effects,which has attracted great attention..The positive effects of art anticipation are mainly manifested in three aspects,namely,art participation corrects the emotional and rational bias of people in large,medium and small cities,art participation makes small town residents remember homesickness,and art participation constructs the“goodness and beauty”of new rural communities.In the process of contemporary new urbanization in China,we should always maintain artistic consciousness and self-confidence of Chinese aesthetics,and promote the dynamic and balanced development of individual and society through extensive mobilization and participation of all artistic projects,artistic creations and artistic activities,and constantly reconcile the contradictions and conflicts between sensibility and rationality of human to form a happy society in which truth,goodness and beauty are harmoniously unified.
