主客原络配穴法针刺治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture with Zhu Ke Yuan Luo Points Grouping Method for Chronic Superficial Gastritis

目的观察主客原络配穴法为主针刺治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将74例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组37例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上进行主客原络配穴法针刺治疗。观察两组治疗前后各项主症、次症评分及各项血清炎症因子[肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、胃黏膜修复指标[血清一氧化氮(NO)、表皮生长因子(EGF)]的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.8%,对照组为67.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后主症、次症评分及各项血清炎症因子水平、胃黏膜修复指标与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后主症、次症评分及各项血清炎症因子水平、胃黏膜修复指标与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论主客原络配穴法为主针刺治疗慢性浅表性胃炎疗效确切,能改善患者临床症状,降低血清炎症因子水平,促进胃黏膜修复。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture predominantly with Zhu Ke Yuan Luo points grouping(host-guest Yuan-primary and Luo-collateral points grouping) in treating chronic superficial gastritis. Method Seventy-four patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,with 37 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by conventional acupuncture treatment, while the treatment group was given additional acupuncture treatment with Zhu Ke Yuan Luo point grouping method. Before and after treatment, the primary and secondary symptoms scores, the levels of serum inflammatory factors [tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α, interleukin(IL)-6], IL-8 and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) gastric mucosal repair indexes [serum NO and epidermal growth factor(EGF)] were observed in the two groups. Clinical efficacy was also compared. Result The total effective rate was 83.8% in the treatment group versus 67.6% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The primary and secondary symptoms scores, and the levels of serum inflammatory factors and gastric mucosal repair indexes changed significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture predominantly with Zhu Ke Yuan Luo points grouping method is effective in treating chronic superficial gastritis;it can improve the clinical symptoms, down-regulate the levels and serum inflammatory factors, and boost the repair of gastric mucosa.
