摘要
目的观察醒神益智针法联合康复训练治疗儿童智力低下的临床疗效。方法将70例智力低下患者按照随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合醒神益智针法治疗。治疗3个疗程后观察智商、日常生活能力、脑血流动力学的改善情况,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后智商、日常生活能力、脑血流动力学均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论醒神益智针法联合康复训练治疗儿童智力低下的临床疗效优于单纯康复训练,且能更有效地改善患者智商、日常生活能力和脑血流动力学。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mind-refreshing and intelligence-promoting acupuncture plus rehabilitation training for mental retardation in children. Method Seventy patients with mental retardation were allocated, using a random number table, to an observation group and a control group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation training and the observation group, mind-refreshing and intelligence-promoting acupuncture in addition. Improvements in intelligence quotient, the activities of daily living and cerebral hemodynamics were observed after three courses of treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result Intelligence quotient, the activities of daily living and cerebral hemodynamics were better in the observation group than in the control group with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The total efficacy rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion Mind-refreshing and intelligence-promoting acupuncture plus rehabilitation training is clinically superior to rehabilitation training alone in treating mental retardation in children. It can more effectively improve intelligence quotient, the activities of daily living and cerebral hemodynamics in the patients.
