针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical Study on Acupuncture for Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察并比较分别针刺内迎香穴和迎香穴以及同时针刺两穴治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效差异。方法将132例变应性鼻炎患者用随机数字表法分为4组,每组33例。A组采用针刺内迎香穴治疗,B组采用针刺迎香穴治疗,C组采用针刺内迎香穴和迎香穴治疗,D组口服氯雷他定片治疗。治疗前和治疗1周后、治疗2周后、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月、治疗后4个月分别观察患者鼻部症状积分(TNSS)、鼻伴随症状积分(TNNSS)及鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分的变化,比较4组的临床疗效。结果治疗1周后、治疗2周后、治疗后1个月、治疗后3个月、治疗后4个月,4组TNSS、TNNSS、RQLQ评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且C组评分均为4组中最低(P<0.05)。C组总有效率为87.5%,高于A组的81.8%、B组的78.8%和D组的75.8%,两两比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺内迎香和迎香两穴治疗变应性鼻炎疗效优于针刺单穴和口服药物治疗,能更有效地改善鼻部症状和生活质量。

Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacies of acupuncture at Neiyingxiang, Yingxiang or both these points for allergic rhinitis. Method One hundred and thirty-two patients with allergic rhinitis were allocated, using a random number table, to four groups, with 33 cases in each group. Group A received acupuncture at Neiyingxiang;group B received acupuncture at Yingxiang;group C received acupuncture at Neiyingxiang and Yingxiang;group D received oral administration of Loratadine tablets. The total nasal symptom score(TNSS) score, the total non-nasal symptom score(TNNSS) score and the rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ) score were recorded in the patients before treatment, after one-week treatment, after two-week treatment, one month after treatment, three months after treatment and four months after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the four groups. Result After treatment, the TNSS score, the TNNSS score and the RQLQ score decreased in the four groups compared with before(P<0.05) and were the lowest in group C of the four groups(P<0.05). The total efficacy rate was 87.5% in group C, which was higher than 81.8% in group A, 78.8% in group B and 75.8% in group D,with statistically significant differences between each two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture at Neiyingxiang and Yingxiang is more effective than acupuncture at single acupoint and oral medication in treating allergic rhinitis. It can more effectively relieve nasal symptoms and improve the quality of life.
