灵龟八法配合辨证选穴针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupuncture with Ling Gui Ba Fa and Acupoints Selection Based on Syndrome Differentiation for Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察灵龟八法配合辨证选穴针刺治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法选取60例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为针刺组(灵龟八法配合辨证选穴针刺治疗)和西药组(布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗),每组30例。比较两组治疗前、治疗后、治疗后4周患者鼻部症状积分(TNSS)、鼻部伴随症状评分(TNNSS)及生活质量评分(RQLQ)的变化,比较两组临床疗效。结果针刺组总有效率为93.3%,西药组为76.7%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后、治疗后4周,两组TNSS、TNNSS和RQLQ均较同组治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且针刺组均低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论灵龟八法配合辨证选穴针刺治疗变应性鼻炎能改善鼻部症状,提高患者生活质量,疗效优于鼻喷雾剂治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with Ling Gui Ba Fa(eight magic turtle techniques) and acupoints selection based on syndrome differentiation in treating allergic rhinitis(AR). Method Sixty AR patients were randomized into an acupuncture group(treated with acupuncture with Ling Gui Ba Fa and acupoints selection based on syndrome differentiation) and a Western medication group(treated with Budesonide nasal spray),with 30 cases in each group. The total nasal symptom score(TNSS), total non-nasal symptom score(TNNSS) and rhino-conjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ) score were compared before and after treatment, as well as at a 4-week follow-up in the two groups. Clinical efficacy was also compared. Result The total effective rate was 93.3%in the acupuncture group versus 76.7% in the Western medication group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment and at the 4-week follow-up, the TNSS, TNNSS and RQLQ scores all dropped compared with the baseline in both groups, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the scores were lower in the acupuncture group than in the Western medication group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture with Ling Gui Ba Fa and acupoints selection based on syndrome differentiation can improve the nasal symptoms and quality of life in treating AR patients, and is superior to nasal spray treatment.
