摘要 海绵城市建设作为新一代污水处理及雨洪管理,对于解决全球水污染及水资源问题具有重大意义。依托西安小寨海绵城市智慧管控系统建设项目,借助大数据平台、物联网、水文水动力模型等数字化、信息化先进技术,并且基于监测数据开展海绵城市建设效果评价技术相关研究工作,主要构建真实、系统、完整的海绵城市绩效考核指标体系及计算分析引擎,实现对各项考核指标的动态考核分析、可配置性维护管理等,从而客观评价海绵城市建设在城市"水生态、水环境、水资源、水安全"等方面的定量化改善效果。 As a new generation of sewage treatment and stormwater management and management,the construction of sponge cities is of great significance for solving global water pollution and water resources problems.Relying on Xi'an Xiaozhai Sponge City Smart Management and Control System Construction Project.Through the use of big data platforms,Internet of Things,hydrological and hydrodynamic models and other advanced digital and informatization technologies,combined with monitoring data,carry out research work related to sponge city construction effect evaluation technology.It mainly builds a real,systematic and complete sponge city performance appraisal index system and calculation analysis engine.This can realize dynamic assessment analysis,configurability maintenance management,etc.of various assessment indicators.In order to objectively evaluate the quantitative improvement effect of sponge city construction in the urban“water ecology,water environment,water resources,water security”and other aspects.
