摘要
信息公平获取不仅是人类社会的基本权利之一,更是图书馆行业核心价值的体现。本研究旨在为图书馆行业在数字时代保障信息公平获取提供参考与借鉴。论文通过网络调查法、文献分析法等方法分析新冠疫情期间我国线上教学活动中的诸多现象,梳理线上教学中信息获取过程的公平性障碍。文章旨在探究作为社会信息行业关键节点的公共图书馆在扫除信息获取公平性障碍、实现自身核心价值方面所应发挥的作用,以及所应遵循的原则。
Fair access to information is not only one of the basic rights of human society,but also the embodiment of the core value of library industry.The purpose of this study is to provide references for the library industry to ensure fair access to information in the digital era.Through the methods of network investigation and literature analysis,this paper analyzes the phenomena of online teaching activities in China during the period of COVID-19 Epidemic,and combs the fairness obstacles in the process of information acquisition in online teaching.The purpose of this article is as a key node of social information industry,the public library should play a role in removing the barriers of fair access to information and realizing its core value,as well as the principles to be followed.
