城市轨道交通盾构隧道管片缺陷分析及修补技术研究

Analysis and Repair Technology Summary of Segment Defects of Shield Tunnel in Urban Rail Transit

文章以某地铁盾构施工为例,针对盾构隧道管片质量缺陷分析破损、渗漏等产生的原因,总结质量控制方法,采用科学合理的修补、堵漏技术,对不同类型的缺陷进行处理,达到了成型隧道表观平顺、色差均匀、不再继续渗漏的质量标准。

Taking the metro shield construction as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons for the quality defects of shield tunnel segments,summarizes the quality control methods,and adopts scientific and reasonable repair and plugging technology to deal with different types of defects,so as to achieve the quality standards of smooth appearance,uniform color difference and no further leakage of the formed tunnel.
