Application Practice of Refined Construction Measures for Precast Reinforced Concrete Shear Wall Structure

装配整体式剪力墙结构是住宅工程常用的结构形式,因我国装配式建筑总体上仍处于初期发展阶段,在住宅工程中应用装配式结构还存在较多不足之处。文章立足于现有技术水平,提出了精细化技术和管理措施,并通过实际工程验证了应用效果。

Precast reinforced concrete shear wall structure is a common structural form in residential projects.Because the prefabricated building in China is still in the initial stage of development,there are still many deficiencies in the application of prefabricated concrete structure in residential projects.Based on the existing technical level,this paper puts forward the refinement technology and management measures,and verifies the application effect through the actual project.
