摘要
针对机制砂颗粒形貌差、集配不良、石粉含量波动大等缺点,从喷射混凝土可泵性入手,研究了砂率、水泥用量与水胶比对喷射混凝土性能的影响,并开展了工程应用。结果表明,制备的机制砂混凝土满足工程需求,喷射效率为9.16 m3/h,回弹率为11.8%,喷射面平整度好,28 d强度满足C25喷射混凝土设计要求。
Aiming at the disadvantages of poor morphology of manufactured sand particles,poor distribution and large fluctuation of stone powder content,the influence of sand ratio,cement dosage and water-cement ratio on the performance of shotcrete was studied from the pumpability,and the engineering application was also carried out.The results show that the prepared manufactured sand shotcrete can be used in tunnel construction,the injection efficiency is 9.16m3/h,the rebound rate is 11.8%,the injection surface flatness is good,and the 28d compressive strength is suited for C25.
