摘要
本文引入生命历程理论,以部分高校贫困大学生为研究对象,将生命历程理论分析与贫困大学生就业引导策略相结合。基于生命发生时空、生命相关性、生命时间安排和主体能动性等四大因素对贫困大学生就业心理与行为特征进行探究,并基于"目标-行为"分析框架对贫困大学生就业类型进行归纳分析。结果显示,生命发生时空、生命相关性、生命时间安排等对贫困大学生就业"目标-行为"可能产生消极影响,而主体能动性则发挥着正面作用,提出坚持人本主义、分类引导和榜样引领三个维度将贫困大学生就业引导工作做实做细。
With the theory of life course,taking a number of needy college students as research object,and integrates the theory with the employment guidance of needy students.Based on the four major factors of life occurrence time and space,life relevance,life time arrangement,and subject initiative,this paper explores the employment psychology and behavior feature of impoverished college students,and analyzes the employment types of impoverished college students based on the"objective-behavior"analysis framework.The results show that the time and space of life occurrence,life relevance,life time arrangement may have a negative impact on the“objective-behavior”of poor college students’employment,while subjective initiative plays a positive role.The employment guidance of needy students is done in detail from the three dimensions of humanism,classification guidance and persisting in model to lead.
