摘要
高校学生拥有理性全面的就业认知,是学生能积极主动就业的前提。在社会图示理论下,改变学生不理性的就业选择,需要学生接触更多的就业事实,并丰富学生就业认知的方式,来完善就业认知。这不仅能帮助学生顺利就业,也能为高校落实立德树人要求、提升教育效能、深化教育改革和服务经济发展等方面提供积极的意义。聚焦完善学生的就业认知,高校要切实抓好就业教育、讲好用好就业政策,构建推动学生就业的路径。
It is the correct employment cognition of the college students that make a precondition for take up occupations actively.It is improving the students'employment cognition that the college graduates change the unreasonable employment choice based on the social schema theory,which needs understanding a lot of the employment facts and extending the employment of cognitive approach.It should not only help students obtain employment conveniently,but also have a positive meaning in Strengthening Morality,increasing education efficiency,deepening education reform and the promotion of local economy.The colleges and universities need to improving employment education and make good use of employment policy in the order to improving the students’employment cognition,which builds the paths of promoting the students'employment.
