摘要 探讨基于织物截面轮廓提取的表面粗糙度评估方法。选取3种织物成分的纬平针织物和网眼织物,首先获取6种织物的截面图像,将图像灰度化处理后,在Matlab软件中利用Canny算子进行截面轮廓提取,选取有效部分用傅里叶拟合得到截面轮廓曲线,将曲线每个循环中的波深度与宽度比值均值作为织物表面粗糙度,利用主观评价法进行结果验证。结果表明:织物粗糙度数值与直观评价结果排序相同。认为:该方法为研究织物表面粗糙度提供了新思路。 Surface roughness evaluation method based on fabric section profile extraction was discussed.Three kinds of fabric components of weft plain knitted fabric and mesh fabric were selected,section image of six kinds of fabric were obtained firstly.The section profile was extracted in Matlab software by Canny operator after image gray processing.Section profile curve was obtained by selecting effective part with Fourier curve fitting.Average ratio of wave depth to width in each cycle of the curve was used as fabric surface roughness,the results were verified by subjective evaluation method.The results showed that the order of fabric roughness was same with visual evaluation.It is considered that a new idea for studying fabric surface roughness is provided by the method.
