摘要
探讨细络联车间温湿度的控制技术。分析了细纱工序和络筒工序对温湿度的要求,提出了细络联车间温湿度的设计原则。通过采用热平衡技术、维持络筒工序空气压力和空气幕技术,实现了络筒工序温湿度的合理控制。对比分析了空气幕技术的应用效果。结果表明:采用空气幕技术,基本可以实现环境温湿度的分隔与控制。认为:细络联车间采用上述相关技术,可以实现温湿度的合理控制,有利于稳定纱线回潮率、提高络筒生产效率。
Temperature and humidity control technology of spinning-winding unit workshop were discussed.Requirements of temperature and humidity in spinning and winding processes were analyzed.Design principles of temperature and humidity in spinning-winding unit workshop were put forward.Reasonable control of temperature and humidity in winding process was realized by adopting heat balance technology,maintaining air pressure in winding process and air curtain technology.Application effect of air curtain technology was compared and analyzed.The results showed that separation and control of temperature and humidity can be realized basically by using air curtain technology.It is considered that reasonable control of temperature and humidity can be realized by adopting the above mentioned technology,which is beneficial to stabilize yarn moisture recovery rate and improve winding production efficiency.
