流砂地层双钢护筒旋挖桩成孔工艺开发与研究 被引量:2

摘要 在旧河道区域以及临水区域的流域冲积平原,常常有地下水位高、地层活动频繁的特点,造成影响建筑施工的不良流砂地层。流砂地层是重庆地区旋挖桩基础施工过程中十分棘手的问题。通过对重庆市中建·瑜和城项目旋挖桩基础施工的实践与总结,提炼出应用于流砂地层情况下的双钢护筒辅助成孔旋挖施工工艺,并对其原理及优势进行了分析、说明,从而为其他类似工程提供一些工程经验。 In the alluvial plain of the old river channel area and the waterside area,it is often characterized by high groundwater level and frequent stratigraphic activities,resulting in bad quicksand stratum to affect construction.The quicksand stratum is a very difficult problem in the construction of rotary excavating pile foundation in Chongqing area.Through the practice and summary of rotary excavating pile foundation construction of Chongqing Zhongjian·Yuhecheng project,the double steel casing auxiliary hole-forming rotary excavating construction technology applied to quicksand stratum is extracted,and its principle and advantages are analyzed and explained,so as to provide some engineering experience for other similar projects.
