摘要
以高水头、富水砂层的地铁车站落底式超深地下连续墙施工为依托,根据64 m超深地下连续墙地质、环境特点,分别实施工字钢背侧填充砂袋与工字钢背侧固定锁口管这2种防绕流方法,从施工工艺、施工质量、施工工效等关键问题进行分析,优选出既能提高地下连续墙工字钢止水质量,又能节约工期的方法,为今后地下连续墙工字钢接头止水方法的选择提供参考。
Based on the construction of the subway station bottom type ultra deep diaphragm wall with high water head and rich water sand layer,according to the geological and environmental characteristics of the ultra deep diaphragm wall of 64 m,two anti-bypass methods,I-shaped steel back filled sand bag and I-shaped steel back fixed locking pipe,are implemented respectively.The key problems such as construction technology,construction quality and construction efficiency are analyzed,and a method which can not only improve the water stop quality of I-shaped steel of diaphragm wall,but also save the construction period is selected.It provides a reference for the selection of water stop method of I-shaped steel joint of diaphragm wall in the future.
