摘要 针对上海硬X射线项目40 m级基坑建设高风险的实际问题,联合建设公司、勘察、设计、施工、监测、监理等单位开展了超深基坑建设安全风险排查体系研究,将风险排查从传统依赖建设人员经验升级为借助互联网、大数据等信息化手段,达到控制隐患并降低风险、减少事故的目的,最终形成了一套完整的基坑建设安全风险排查治理体系。从隐患上报、响应并采取处理措施,到复核、销号,完成隐患闭环治理,从而有效防范基坑安全事故的发生。该体系在实际应用过程中取得了良好效果。 In view of the high risk of 40 m level foundation pit construction of Shanghai hard X-ray project,the research on the safety risk investigation system of ultra deep foundation pit construction has been carried out jointly by the construction company,survey,design,construction,monitoring,supervision and other units.The risk investigation is upgraded from relying on the experience of construction personnel to relying on the Internet,big data and other information means to control hidden dangers,reduce risks and reduce accidents,and finally a complete set of safety risk investigation and management system for foundation pit construction is formed.From hidden danger reporting,response and treatment measures to review and cancellation,the closed-loop treatment of hidden danger is completed,so as to effectively prevent the occurrence of foundation pit safety accidents.The system achieves good results in practical application.
