摘要
以某工程混凝土柱为例,对有施工缺陷的混凝土柱置换加固的施工方法进行了研究。对常用的置换混凝土加固法、外包型钢加固法的优缺点进行了分析。为了提高结合面的黏结性能,采用高强无收缩灌浆料来保证施工质量;采用托梁换柱法、分期置换法将整个混凝土构件进行全部置换,降低了加固工程的施工成本;通过理论计算,确定构件的内力状况,建立了安全可靠的支撑体系来支撑上部结构安全,同时避免结构梁产生竖向变形。工程应用表明,混凝土置换加固法、外包型钢加固法效果较好,具有较好的推广应用价值。
Taking the concrete column of a project as an example,the construction method of replacement and reinforcement of concrete column with construction defects is studied.The advantages and disadvantages of commonly used replacement concrete reinforcement method and outside wrapped section steel reinforcement method are analyzed.To improve the bonding performance of the joint surface,the high-strength non shrinkage grouting material is used to ensure the construction quality;the method of replacing column by supporting beam and the staged replacement method are used to replace the whole concrete members,which reduces the construction cost of the reinforcement project;through theoretical calculation,the internal force of the members is determined,and a safe and reliable support system is established to support the safety of the superstructure and avoid the vertical deformation of the structural beam.The engineering application shows that the concrete replacement reinforcement method and outside wrapped section steel reinforcement method are effective and have good popularization and application value.
