办公楼大堂翅片格栅饰面造型技术

摘要 针对金属表面电镀完成后,因二次处理会破坏金属表面电镀层而不宜在安装工程中进行切割、焊接、打磨等的问题,对办公楼大堂翅片格栅造型技术进行了研究。通过测量放样、图纸深化、现场施工等相应技术措施和施工工序的控制,保证了异形电镀金属制品下单、加工、安装一次成形。总结的方法和经验对类似的异形电镀金属的施工有一定的参考价值。 Aiming at the problem that the secondary treatment will destroy the electroplating layer on the metal surface after the completion of metal surface electroplating,and it is not suitable to cut,weld and polish in the installation project,the modeling technology of fin lattice in the office building lobby is studied.Through measurement and setting out,drawing deepening,onsite construction and other corresponding technical measures and construction process control,it is ensured that the order,processing and installation of special-shaped electroplated metal products are formed at one time.The summarized methods and experience have a certain reference value for the construction of similar special-shaped electroplated metal.
