摘要
针对空间造型复杂、超大质量、各组成部分高差大、本身刚度差极大或本身刚度大等特殊情况的钢结构工程,采用常规整体提升施工技术存在质量缺陷、安全风险、延误工期等不利因素的问题,设计使用了多吊点刚柔结合的累积安装提升创新技术。新技术在保证施工质量的同时,增强安全保障,实现高效建造,具有良好的推广价值。
Aiming at the steel structure engineering with complex space modeling,super large mass,large height difference of each component,great stiffness difference or large stiffness,the conventional overall lifting construction technology has the problems of quality defects,safety risks,delay of construction period and other adverse factors.The innovative technology of cumulative installation and lifting with the combination of rigid flexible multiple lifting points is designed and used.The new technology not only ensures the construction quality,but also enhances the safety guarantee and realizes efficient construction,which has good popularization value.
