摘要 以怀柔龙山国际大酒店工程为例,针对机电安装过程中电缆损耗率较高、安全性和电缆切割效率低等问题,研制了一种结构小巧、操作方便、安全性较高、切割方向可控、切割深度可调的工具。经实践,新工具与传统电工刀相比,切割方向易受控制、切割深度调整精准,安全性明显提高,社会效益和经济效益较好,具有推广应用价值。 Taking the Longshan international hotel project in Huairou as an example,aiming at the problems of high power cable loss rate,safety and low power cable cutting efficiency in the process of electromechanical installation,a tool with small structure,convenient operation,high safety,controllable cutting direction and adjustable cutting depth is developed.Through practice,compared with the traditional electric knife,the cutting direction of the new tool is easy to be controlled,the cutting depth is accurately adjusted,and the safety is significantly improved.It has good social and economic benefits and has the value of popularization and application.
