本文立足我国国情和保险集团公司治理现状,针对当前保险集团公司治理存在的五个方面主要问题,从保险集团和监管部门的双重视角分别提出强化党的领导作用、明确集团公司功能定位、优化母子公司协同治理模式,以及加快完善监管规则、提高信息披露要求、完善治理有效性监督管理机制等政策建议。
