摘要
对传统以职能为导向的本科教学质量管理体系进行重构是有效推行OBE人才培养模式的前提。基于质量管理学的视角,分析OBE人才培养模式下的质量管理体系属性特征,进而提出基于OBE模式的覆盖课程、专业、学院和学校四个教学组织层级的本科教学质量管理体系结构关系模型及其具体构成要素,并将其应用于指导某高校教学质量管理体系的重构。研究成果可为OBE人才培养模式和“双万”建设计划的落实提供科学有效的质量管理体系理论指导。
Reconstruction of the traditional function-oriented undergraduate teaching quality management system is a necessary prerequisite for the effective implementation of the OBE talent training model.Based on the perspective of quality management,this paper analyzes the attribute characteristics of quality management system under OBE talent training mode,and then puts forward the structural relationship model of undergraduate teaching quality management system covering four teaching organization levels of curriculum,specialty,college and school based on OBE mode and its specific components,which is applied to guide the reconstruction of teaching quality management system in a university.The research results can provide scientific and effective theoretical guidance for the implementation of OBE talent training mode and“Double Ten Thousand”construction plan.
