摘要
多功能液压破碎机用多路阀系统中,阀体和阀芯之间依靠间隙密封,因此不可避免会存在一定的泄漏量。过大的泄漏量不仅会造成能量的损失,还严重影响着阀的执行速度及工作性能。以多路阀转锤联阀芯、阀体无相对运动状态下的缝隙为例,采用理论计算以及数值仿真的方法研究间隙大小、偏心、阀芯直径、封油长度、均压槽数量等因素对泄漏流量的影响,得到各参数对泄漏流量的影响规律及缝隙中流体的运动状态,为阀芯、阀体配合缝隙处的结构设计和参数优化提供了参考,对工程实践具有重要的参考价值。
In the multi-way valve system of multi-function hydraulic crusher.The valve body and valve core are sealed by the clearance,so there will inevitably be a certain amount of leakage.Excessive leakage will not only cause the loss of energy,but also seriously affect the execution speed and performance of the valve.The clearance of multi-channel valve rotary hammer spool and valve body without relative movement is taken as an example.The influence of clearance size,eccentricity,spool diameter,oil seal length,number of equalizing groove and other factors on leakage flow is studied by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.The results reveal the influence of various parameters on the leakage flow and the movement state of the fluid in the gap.It provides a reference for the structural design and parameter optimization of the clearance between the valve core and valve body.It has an important reference value for engineering practice.
