摘要
分别以1,4-双(叔丁基过氧异丙基)苯(BIBP)和酚醛树脂为交联剂,在不同加工温度下制备以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和聚丙烯(PP)为基体的动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV)。利用转矩流变仪测试TPV的硫化特性,利用差示扫描量热仪研究复合体系的非等温结晶行为。结果表明:随着加工温度升高,EPDM/PP复合体系的扭矩最终均有所降低,以BIBP为交联剂复合体系的扭矩下降更加明显。EPDM/PP复合体系在非等温结晶过程中有明显的快速初级结晶和缓慢次级结晶过程,Jeziorny方程可以很好地描述EPDM/PP复合体系的非等温结晶过程。
Dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer(TPV)based on ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM)and polypropylene(PP)was prepared at different processing temperatures by using 1,4-bis-(tert-butylperoxyisopropyl)benzene(BIBP)and phenolic resin as crosslinking agent.The vulcanization performance of TPV was measured by the torque rheometer,and non-isothermal crystallization behavior of the composite system was studied by differential scanning calorimetry.The results show that with the increase of EPDM/PP processing temperature,the final torque of the composite system decreases,and the torque of the composite system with BIBP as the crosslinking agent decreases more obviously.In the non-isothermal crystallization process,EPDM/PP composite system has obvious fast primary crystallization and slow secondary crystallization process.Jeziorny equation can well describe the non-isothermal crystallization process of EPDM/PP composite system.
