牙弓后段不同位置基骨宽度分析的研究

摘要 目的比较牙弓后段不同位置的基骨宽度.方法选取安氏Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类患者各30例.使用3Shape扫描仪扫描石膏模型获得数字化模型.原始数字化模型作为对照组T0;利用3Shape软件模拟牙移动,使第一磨牙达到中性关系,获得数字化模型作为实验组(T1、T2、T3).应用牙槽嵴中心宽度分析法对实验组与对照组数字化模型进行宽度测量.采用SPSS 22.0软件对所得数据进行统计学分析.结果安氏Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类病例中实验组与对照组的测量结果均存在统计学差异(P<0.01),但实验组组内差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第一磨牙矢状向移动量与上下颌牙槽基骨宽度不调改变量之间存在线性相关关系,安氏Ⅱ类为负性线性相关关系,相关系数为-0.83,安氏Ⅲ类为正性线性相关关系,其相关系数为0.938.结论磨牙不同矢状向位置的上下颌基骨宽度测量结果存在差异. Objective Comparing the basal arch width at different positions in posterior arch.Methods Thirty cases of Angle Class Ⅱand Class Ⅲ patients were selected.The plaster models were scanned by 3Shape scanner to obtain digital models.The initial digital model served as control group TO;simulating tooth movement to get Class I relationship by the 3Shape software generated progress digital models as study group(Tl,T2,T3).The width analysis method of the alveolar ridge center was used to measure the width of the digital models between the control group and the study group.Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 22.0.Results In Class Ⅱand Ⅲ cases,the measurement results of between the study group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.01),but the three study groups showed no statistically significant(P>0.05);There is a linear correlation between the sagittal movement of the first molar and the change in the width of the upperlower alveolar base bones.Class Ⅱ is a negative linear correlation with a correlation coefficient of-0.83.Class Ⅲ is a positive linear correlation with a correlation coefficient of 0.938.Conclusions There are differences in the measurement results of the maxillary and mandibular basal bone at different sagittal position of the molars.
