摘要
为了解决生猪饲喂智能化水平不高、饲喂不精准的问题,试验设计一种基于STM32芯片的生猪流食饲喂装置,该装置由储料仓、液晶显示屏、电动球阀、食槽、称重装置和饲喂器组成,通过电动球阀、输入电压及称重装置协同工作,获得准确的下料量,实现定时定量饲喂,同时利用管理云平台可以对整个饲喂过程远程控制和监测。测定该装置在不同电动球阀(直径分别为22,29 mm)及驱动电压(11,12,13 V)的下料量,同时随机选取电动球阀直径为22 mm、电源电压为12 V、标准下料量为1 500.0,2 000.0,2 500.0,3 000.0 g进行下料性能测定。结果表明:在电动球阀球孔直径相同的条件下,随着驱动电压的增大,下料量相对减小;在驱动电压相同的情况下,球孔直径越大,下料量越大,下料精度较好。说明该装置能满足生猪流食精准饲喂需求,适合在中小型养猪厂推广使用。
In order to solve the problems of low intelligence and inaccurate feeding in pig feeding, a liquid feeding device for pig based on STM32 chip was designed.The device is mainly composed of a storage bin, a liquid crystal display, an electric ball valve, a feeding trough, a weighing device and a feeder.The accurate feeding volume was obtained through the cooperative work of electric ball valve, input voltage and weighing device, so as to realize timing and quantitative feeding.At the same time, the whole feeding process can be controlled and monitored remotely using the management cloud platform.The feed of amount of the device at different electric ball valves(diameter 22,29 mm respectively) and driving voltage(11,12,13 V) was measured, at the same time, the diameter of the electric ball valve was 22 mm, the power supply voltage was 12 V and and the standard feeding volume was 1 500.0,2 000.0,2 500.0,3 000.0 g are randomly selected for feeding test.The results showed that when the diameter of the ball hole of the electric ball valve was the same, the feeding amount decreases with the increase of the driving voltage;when the driving voltage was the same, the larger the diameter of the ball hole, the greater the feed amount and the accuracy of device was good.It indicated that the device can meet the demand of accurate feeding of liquid food for live pig, and it is suitable for the popularization and use in small and medium-sized pig farm.
