一例犬髌骨脱位的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of a case of dog patellar dislocation

1只3岁雄性贵宾犬,体重3 kg,因后肢跛行就诊,采用血常规、血液生化指标检查及直接数字化X射线摄影系统(DR)检查,诊断为双侧后肢髌骨内侧脱位,Ⅲ级。对患犬进行滑车沟加深术治疗,通过DR检查确认髌骨复位成功,患犬术后第7天拆线,10 d后可正常行走。说明髌骨脱位采取滑车沟加深术治疗具有良好的效果。

A 3-year-old male poodle, weighing 3 kg, was diagnosed with hindlimb claudication, and was diagnosed with bilateral hindlimb medial dislocation of the patella, grade Ⅲ, through blood routine examination, blood biochemical index examination and direct digital X-ray radiography(DR) examination. The trochlear groove deepening operation was performed on the affected dog, and the result was confirmed by DR examination that the patella was successfully reset. The suture was removed on the 7 th day after the operation, and the dog could walk normally after 10 days. It showed that the trochlear groove deepening surgery for patellar dislocation had a good effect.
