摘要
为了探究不同根瘤菌对紫花苜蓿的接种效果,试验采用单因素随机区组法,选取13株根瘤菌菌株(多萌、HM-3、B2、50、A8、9、143、MX4、HM-1、6-3、129、a-1、174)进行田间接种试验,以不接种根瘤菌为对照(CK),于2018年5月份在黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市黑龙江省农业科学院畜牧兽医分院试验基地播种,播种当年刈割2次,第二年刈割3次,研究接种不同根瘤菌对龙牧806紫花苜蓿茎叶比、株高、鲜干比、干草产量以及中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗蛋白(CP)含量和相对饲喂价值(RFV)的影响。结果表明:接种根瘤菌的龙牧806紫花苜蓿的株高均高于CK,但均差异不显著(P>0.05)。第二年除174菌株外,接种其他根瘤菌的龙牧806紫花苜蓿的干草产量均高于CK,且接种多萌、B2、50、A8、9、143菌株的龙牧806紫花苜蓿干草产量与CK差异显著(P<0.05),接种143菌株的龙牧806紫花苜蓿的2年平均干草产量最高,为11 495.90 kg/hm^(2)。接种B2、50、9、143、HM-1菌株的龙牧806紫花苜蓿的NDF和ADF含量显著低于CK(P<0.05);除HM-3、129、174菌株外,接种其他根瘤菌的龙牧806紫花苜蓿的CP含量均有增高,但均差异不显著(P>0.05);除接种174菌株外的接种其他根瘤菌的龙牧806紫花苜蓿RFV均高于CK,且接种B2、50、9、143、HM-1、a-1菌株的龙牧806紫花苜蓿与CK差异显著(P<0.05)。说明接种适宜的根瘤菌能促进紫花苜蓿产量和品质的提高,其中接种143、50、B2、9菌株的效果最佳。
In order to explore the inoculation effect of different rhizobia on alfalfa, the single factor random block design was used in this experiment, and 13 strains of rhizobia(Duo Meng, HM-3, B2, 50, A8, 9, 143, MX4, HM-1, 6-3, 129, a-1 and 174) were selected to carry out field inoculation test. Alfalfa without rhizobia inoculation was used as the control(CK). The experiment was conducted in May 2018 in the experimental base of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Branch, Heilongjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province. Alfalfa is mowed twice in the year of sowing and three times in the second year of sowing. The effects of different rhizobia inoculation on stem-leaf ratio, plant height, fresh-dry ratio, hay yield, neutral detergent fiber(NDF), acid detergent fiber(ADF), crude protein content(CP) and relative feeding value(RFV) of Longmu806 alfalfa were investigated. The results showed that the plant height of longmu806 alfalfa inoculated with rhizobia higher than CK,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05). The hay yield of longmu806 alfalfa inoculated with rhizobia,except for 174 strain, was higher than CK, and the hay yields of longmu806 alfalfa inoculated with the Duo Meng, B2, 50, A8, 9, and 143 strains was significantly different from CK in the second year(P<0.05). The average hay yield in two years of longmu806 alfalfa inoculated with strain 143 was the highest, which reached 11 495.90 kg/hm^(2). The contents of NDF and ADF of Longmu806 alfalfa inoculated with B2, 50, 9, 143 and HM-1 strains were significantly lower than those of CK(P<0.05). The CP content of longmu806 alfalfa inoculated with rhizobia, except for HM-3,129,174 strain, was higher than CK,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the RFV of longmu806 alfalfa inoculated with rhizobia, except for 174 strain, was higher than CK(P>0.05),and the RFV of longmu 806 alfalfa inoculated with B2, 50, 9, 143, HM-1, a-1 strains was significantly different from CK(P<0.05). The results indicated that suitable rhizobia inoculation could improve the yield and quality of alfalfa, and the inoculation of 143, 50, B2 and 9 strains has the best effect in this experiment.
