环氧抗滑表层阻燃剂用量优化研究

Study on optimization of the amount of flame retardant for epoxy anti-skid surface layer

摘要 通过力学性能、流变性、燃烧性和热稳定性测试研究了氢氧化镁(MH)及十溴二苯乙烷/三氧化二锑(DBDPE/AO)复合阻燃剂对应用于路面抗滑层的环氧胶结料性能的影响。结果表明,相同含量下DBDPE/AO的阻燃效果较好,随其掺量增大,环氧材料的氧指数增幅明显高于添加MH的体系,当其掺加质量分数为16%时,体系氧指数达到31.8%,且对胶结料的其他性能影响较小。DBDPE/AO添加质量分数为12%时,各项性能指标均符合设计要求,而MH所需用量过大,严重降低了环氧胶结料的力学性能和施工和易性。综合各项性能指标,建议的DBDPE/AO适宜的添加质量分数为9%。 The effects of magnesium hydroxide(MH) and decabromodiphenylethane/antimony trioxide(DBDPE/AO) composite flame retardants on the performance of epoxy binder for pavement anti-skid layer were investigated by the tests of mechanical properties,rheology, flammability and thermal stability.The results showed that the flame retardant effect of DBDPE/AO was better at the same content. With the increase of its content, the oxygen index of epoxy material was increased significantly higher than that of the system with MH. When its content was 16 wt%, the oxygen index the system reached 31.8%, and had little effect on other properties of the binder.When the DBDPE/AO mass fraction was 12%, all performance indicators of the binder met the design requirements, and the amount of MH required was too large, which seriously reduced the mechanical properties and construction workability of the epoxy binder. Based on various performance indicators, the recommended mass fraction of DBDPE/AO was 9%.
