PEW-g-MAH/改性SiO_(2)协同消光紫外光固化材料研究

Study on UV-curing materials synergistic matting with PEW-g-MAH/modified SiO_(2)

摘要 采用硅烷偶联剂KH560与马来酸酐/甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(MAH/HEMA)对二氧化硅表面改性,并将其与马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯蜡(PEW-g-MAH)一起作为由聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)低聚物制备的光固化材料的消光剂。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)及接触角和光泽度测定研究了PEW-g-MAH用量对PUA/SiO_(2)涂料性能的影响。结果表明:PEW-g-MAH在一定程度上降低了PUA/SiO_(2)紫外光固化涂料的表面光泽,同时也提高了材料的附着力和耐磨性。PEW-g-MAH和改性SiO_(2)的质量分数分别为1.40%和1.30%时,涂膜的光泽度(60°)19.5,水接触角72.2°,附着力等级0,磨耗失重率降至0.10%。 The surface of silica was modified by silane coupling agent KH560 and maleic anhydride/hydroxyethyl methacrylate(MAH/HEMA).The modified silica was combined with maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene wax(PEW-g-MAH)as a matting agent for UVcuring materials prepared from polyurethane acrylate(PUA)oligomers.The effect of PEW-g-MAH amount on the properties of PUA/SiO_(2)coatings was studied by FTIR,TGA and tests of contact angle and gloss.The results showed that the surface gloss of PUA/SiO_(2)UV-curable coatings was decreased to a certain extent by PEW-g-MAH,and the adhesion and abrasion resistance of the material were also improved.When the mass fractions of PEW-g-MAH and modified SiO_(2)were 1.40%and 1.30%,respectively,the gloss(60°),water contact angle and adhesion level of the coating film was 19.5,72.2°and 0,respectively,and the abrasion weight loss rate was reduced to 0.10%.
