新型智慧城市视角下未来社区图书馆建设研究--以杭州市余杭区临平图书馆为例

Research on the Construction of Future Community Library from the Perspective of New Smart City--Taking Linping Library in Yuhang District of Hangzhou as an Example

以杭州市余杭区图书馆智慧城市分馆临平图书馆为例,指出新型智慧城市视角下未来社区图书馆建设中存在技术与服务融合不足、资源能力无法转化为服务能力、空间服务能力不足、馆员能力亟待提升等问题,进而提出未来社区智慧图书馆要通过技术赋能强化智慧服务、资源赋能保障智慧服务、空间赋能泛化智慧服务、馆员赋能深化智慧服务等建议。

Taking Linping library, which is the smart city branch of Yuhang district library in Hangzhou as an example, this paper points out that there are some problems in the construction of future community libraries from the perspective of new smart city, such as insufficient integration of technology and services, resource capability cannot be transformed into service capability, insufficient space service capability, librarians’ ability urgently need to to be improved, etc., then puts forward some suggestions that future community smart libraries should strengthen smart services through technology empowerment, ensure smart services through resource empowerment, generalize smart services through space empowerment, and deepen smart services through librarian empowerment.
