摘要 研究1-磷酸鞘氨醇(sphingosine-1-phosphate,S1P)-转录激活蛋白3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3,STAT3)通路在炎症发生、发展中的作用,主要以S1PSTAT3通路在结肠炎、神经炎、自身免疫性甲状腺炎、类风湿性关节炎等不同类型的炎症性疾病中的作用为例进行论述:S1P激活STAT3,STAT3可上调鞘氨醇激酶1(sphingosine kinase 1,SphK1)的表达,促进S1P产生。即S1P和STAT3相互促进激活,在炎症发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。
