个人简介赵晨,华建集团上海建筑设计研究院有限公司总建筑师,国家体育总局体育设施规划设计咨询专家。他主持了全国各地大量大型公共建筑的设计工作及理论研究探索,尤其是文化、体育建筑,在复杂功能、综合技术、空间处理等大型建筑设计方面具有建树。主持、参与了多项技术规范的编写和审定工作,参与多项政府宏观决策咨询及技术规范的审定、科研工作。
