摘要 我国水库数量多,分布广,对各地的生产生活和防洪防汛具有重要意义。传统的水库工程由于历史原因,会拥有多套业务信息化系统来辅助对工程的管理,但不同系统之间互通性较差,数据不规范,对水库运行管理带来了诸多麻烦。建设水库综合智慧管理平台,建立统一的数据中心、应用支撑平台和综合业务平台,利用信息化手段保证业务数据一致性、数据共享、资源整合等,全面提高防洪能力及水工安全运行能力,充分发挥工程建设效益,提升工程整体信息化水平和智能化水平。 The number of reservoirs in China is large and widely distributed,which is of great significance to the production life and flood prevention and control of various places.Due to historical reasons,traditional reservoir projects will have multiple sets of business information systems to assist in the management of the project,but the data from different systems with poor interoperability between them is not standardized,which brings a lot of trouble to reservoir operation and management.The construction of a comprehensive intelligent management platform for reservoirs,the establishment of a unified data center,application support platform and comprehensive business platform,the use of information technology to ensure business data consistency,data sharing,resource integration,etc.,and further comprehensively improve flood control capacity and safe operation of hydraulic engineering,can give full play to the benefits of engineering construction,and improve the overall level of information technology and intelligence of the project.
