摘要
针对企业对高技能人才的需求,构建一种基于胜任力模型的网络工程从业人员的能力模型。该模型建立在深入调研的基础上,分析企业中网络工程从业者的岗位设置和岗位职责,分知识、技能和性情三个维度剖析网络工程师的核心能力要求。最后,围绕能力模型及复合型人才培养,提出从知识、技能和性情三方面优化网络工程专业课程体系的建议和实施一体化教育教学改革、深入推进校企协同育人,创新实践能力培养方式的措施。
In regards to enterprises’demand of highly skilled personnel,this paper constructed an ability model of network engineering practitioners based on the competency model.This model was based on in-depth research,and was used to analyze the post setting and responsibilities of network engineering practitioners in enterprises and examine the core ability requirements for network engineers in three dimensions,namely,knowledge,skills and dispositions.Finally,centering on the ability model and compound talent training,we put forward suggestions on optimizing the curriculum system of network engineering from the three aspects of knowledge,skills and dispositions,and the measures of implementing the integrated education and teaching reform,further promoting the school-enterprise collaborative education,and innovating the mode of practical ability training.
