海洋球引燃条件分析

摘要 为探究海洋球的引燃条件,本文采用实验的方法,选用明火、香烟火和电火花3种点火源,测试在不同距离下海洋球的引燃时间、燃烧持续时间和海洋球表面温度变化情况。研究结果表明:明火可以引燃海洋球,明火条件下海洋球的引燃时间随引燃距离增加而增加,引燃距离超过1.5cm后,海洋球不能被引燃;香烟火无法引燃海洋球,在引燃距离为0和0.5cm时,海洋球仅出现熔化现象,温度最高可达94.7℃,随着距离增加,海洋球熔化所需时间逐渐增加,温度上升速率逐渐降低;电火花(加载电压90V)无法引燃海洋球,电火花仅能在海洋球表面留下烟熏痕迹。本文为降低海洋球引发火灾几率、预防火灾发生提供一些参考。 In order to explore the ignition conditions of the ocean ball,in this paper,experimental methods were used and three types of ignition sources,i.e.,open flame,cigarette fire and electric spark,were selected to test the ignition time at different distances,burning duration and surface temperature changes of the ocean ball.The research results show that open flame can ignite the ocean ball,the ignition time of the ocean ball under the open flame condition increases with the increase of ignition distance,and the ocean ball cannot be ignited when the ignition distance exceeds 1.5cm;that cigarette fire cannot ignite the ocean ball,the ocean ball only melts and the temperature can reach 94.7℃ when the ignition distance is 0 and 0.5cm,and the time required for the melting of the ocean ball gradually increases as the distance increases and the temperature rise rate gradually decreases;and that electric sparks with on-load voltage of 90V cannot ignite the ocean ball and only leave smoke trails on the surface of the ocean ball.It provides some reference for reducing the probability of fire caused by the ocean ball and preventing fire.
