摘要
为探究建筑工人安全参与行为机制,提高建筑工人参与安全活动的积极性,有效预防建筑行业事故。本文结合实地调研情况,采用系统动力学分析建筑工人参与安全行为的演化关系,以有限理性为前提,动态构建建筑企业和建筑工人安全参与的演化博弈模型;然后通过系统动力学软件Vensim对建筑工人安全参与行为演化路径进行模拟仿真。模拟结果表明:促进建筑工人安全参与,首要前提是建筑企业要建立安全参与激励与引导机制;同时建筑企业应大力支持,保障激励资金落实;建筑企业管理层认识到工人安全参与的重要性,能够切实有效地推动建筑工人主动参与,可为促进建筑企业安全绩效提供借鉴。
In order to explore the safety participation behavior mechanism of construction workers,improve the enthusiasm of construction workers to participate in safety activity,and effectively prevent accidents in the construction industry,in this paper,the system dynamics was used to analyze evolutionary relationship of the safety participation behavior of construction workers based on the field investigation.An evolutionary game model for safety participation of construction enterprises and construction workers was dynamically established on the premise of bounded rationality.Vensim,a system dynamics software,was used to simulate the evolution path of safety participation behavior of construction workers.The simulation results show that the first prerequisite for promoting the safety participation of construction workers is to establish the incentive and guidance mechanism for safety participation of construction enterprises;that at the same time,construction enterprises should vigorously support and ensure the implementation of incentive funds;and that management's cognition to the importance of safety participation of construction workers can effectively promote the active participation of construction workers.It can provide a reference for promoting the safety performance of construction enterprises.
