在双碳目标下,山东省烟台市蓬莱区积极推动建筑绿色低碳发展和产业转型升级。本文通过对绿色建筑产业发展趋势和挑战进行分析,结合蓬莱区绿色建筑产业基础和定位,提出蓬莱区绿色建筑产业发展的重点任务。同时,本文对蓬莱区绿色建筑产业规划布局提出建议,助力蓬莱区快速形成绿色建筑相关产业集群。

Under the dual-carbon("Carbon Peak"and"Carbon Neutrality")goals,Penglai District of Yantai City of Shandong Province is actively promoting green and low-carbon development of buildings and industrial transformation and upgrading.This article analyzes the development trend and challenges of the Green Building industry,combines the foundation and positioning of the Green Building industry in Penglai District,and proposes the key tasks for the development of the Green Building industry in Penglai District.At the same time,this article puts forward suggestions on the planning and layout of the Green Building industry in Penglai District,which would accelerate Penglai District to quickly form a Green Building-related industrial cluster.
