The world is accelerating the transition towards green and low-carbon,and China has also put forward the goal of“Carbon Peak”and“Carbon Neutrality”.This paper introduced the analysis,research and thinking to promote the green development and industrial upgrading of an old revolutionary base area under the background of“Carbon Peak”and“Carbon Neutrality”,and put forward some suggestions on the development pathways.
